Today, I had nafa test...the results were okay or good for all stations except...the stupid standing board jump...a fail yet again. I never passed it since primary 5, boo...i hope i wont need to go throught the 5 stations all over again, here are the good and bad results.
Sit-up : 45 (A)
Seat and reach : 40 (B)
Shuttle run: 11.1s (D)
Pull-up: 16 (D)
Standing board jump: 161cm (fail)
